EYFS Profile moderation record for ind children

(0)
A report to sum up the achieving profile scale points for each child. Useful to highlight teaching/learning areas of strength and weakness in the child. Also, section to mention any areas the child is not likely to achieve profile points due to SEN/EAL etc. Section for G&T/scale point 9s. I complete once a term to show child achievement, and then sum up in the class version. Useful to show EYFS Co if they want further details, without looking through the whole learning journey.
